Monitoring and Evaluation Unit has applied different methods to achieve its structure and objectives:
Evaluation of auditorium trainings of trainers on a diagram: This method involves special form of evaluation via discussions over knowledge and skills of the trainer after monitoring the training where the strengths are pointed out and recommendations are given to avoid weaknesses. Evaluation of trainings by trainees on a diagram: This evaluation method reveals the interest and participation and as well as their feedback on organization and delivery of the trainees/agricultural advisors (extensionists). Pre & post tests: Conducting pre-post tests is very effective method of monitoring the trainings, trainers and trainees during process and the impact of it. The method allows monitor the trainers’ skills of delivering the topics and other indicators and also the level of trainees’ learning. Evaluation of theoretical knowledge of trainees: Four evaluations in the process of trainings serve to evaluate the theoretical knowledge of trainees. The written evaluation is carried out based on the questions from the training curriculum. Diagram assessment of trainees’ practical skills: This activity is carried out 3 times during the training cycle and aims at monitoring the changes in the level of delivery of extension by extensionists on field:- Data Collection
